This feed is high in soyhulls and works great for growing replacement heifers or bulls.

Commercial Cattle

Feed continuously to show cattle at the rate of 4-24 pounds/head/day to provide not less than 60mg nor more than 360 mg monensin/head/day. Feed good quality hay free-choice. The feeding rate will vary with stage of growth using the rate of 2% bodyweight as a guide. Provide clean, fresh water at all times.

Pelleted Complete Feed

Feed at the rate of 2 to 6 lbs per head per day. Allow calves free access to this feed in addition to cow’s milk and grazing, or can be hand fed in any quantity calves will readily consume. Creep feeding can begin when calves are approximately one month old or when the quality and quantity of other available feed stuffs begins to decline. Locate feeders where cows and calves gather. Always provide fresh water at all times.

Hand feed 2.0 lb to 6.0 lb of this medicated feed per head per day. This will provide from 60 to 180 mg lasalocid per head per day. Do not self feed. Allow free access to hay and/or other roughages. Feed grain to animals according to condition desired.

Feed 1 lb per head per day by thoroughly mixing with grain-

roughage mixture to provide 150 mg monensin per day. To achieve appropriate drug levels, blend 200 lb of this product with 1800lb of grain and/or roughage to produce a ration with 30 grams per ton monensin, then feed 10lb of this blended ration. Feed continuously. Provide clean, fresh water at all times.

prevention and control of coccidiosis.
