John successfully managed the feed mill for eight years before purchasing the Hopedale Agri Center on November, 11th 2011 with his wife, Robin. With a degree in Agri-Business from Illinois State University, and growing up on a farm right here in Hopedale, John has the knowledge and passion to address the agricultural needs of the community.

Robin was raised down the road in Tremont, she and John grew up attending the same church together. Oftentimes finding themselves as the only kids attending youth group provided a firm foundation for their love to grow. They have celebrated over 30 wonderful years of marriage, thanks to God's grace! Throughout that time together they raised three beautiful children, Justina, Stuart, and Daniel.
