Meet The Team
John & Robin
Nafziger
John successfully managed the feed mill for eight years before purchasing the Hopedale Agri Center on November, 11th 2011 with his wife, Robin. With a degree in Agri-Business from Illinois State University, and growing up on a farm right here in Hopedale, John has the knowledge and passion to address the agricultural needs of the community.
Robin was raised down the road in Tremont, she and John grew up attending the same church together. Oftentimes finding themselves as the only kids attending youth group provided a firm foundation for their love to grow. They have celebrated over 30 wonderful years of marriage, thanks to God's grace! Throughout that time together they raised three beautiful children, Justina, Stuart, and Daniel.
Stuart & Hillary
Nafziger
Following in his father's footsteps, Stuart received a degree in Agri-Science from Illinois State University and then joined his parents as part owner of Hopedale Agri Center in 2017.
Hillary is a Dosimetrist at a Decatur hospital, but she also helps around here when it comes to events and offering objective perspectives during business meetings - a welcome and necessary addition to the team!
In 2022, they welcomed their sweet baby girl, Kennedy, into the world and she has become the family's little Princess! The couple's black lab, Mr. Big Rig (named after Wrigley Field), is always happy to greet his family at the end of the day.
Our Amazing Staff
When you visit us, we'll load your vehicle for you, so you might meet our warehouse manager Joel, our mixing expert Mike, or one of our salesmen: Kelly, Ryan, Logan, or Brad. If you order bulk or bagged feed for delivery, you'll see our truck drivers Roger and Daniel. Our top-notch secretaries, Brittany, Val, and Freda, are always ready to help you find exactly what you need!
